FOND DU LAC, Wis. (Sabre Voice) – That is right everyone, get ready to dance because Zumba is back and better then ever! Sarah Kelnhofer, Users Services manager at Marian University and local fitness instructor Gini Diener are bringing the lowimpact dance cardio back to the Marian community.

Kelnhofer and Diener are planning on a 4-week program starting the second week of March that will consist of 45–60-minute classes on Tuesdays at 12 p.m. and Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. in the HSC Palen room.

“Dropin Classes are $5 each or students can get a $15 dollar punch card that is good for up to five classes by emailing Kelnhofer at [email protected].

“People say it doesn’t even feel like exercising,” said Kelnhofer.

Students are asked to fill out this form if they’re interested in attending. There will also be a waiver for you to sign the first day of class regarding precautions for the workout and Covid-19. Social distancing and masks are required, and each session will only allow up to six people so act quickly.

Zumba is a great opportunity to join an exercise program and meet new people. There is no need for special equipment. Participants only need to bring themselves and some comfortable exercise clothes

For more information about Zumba, contact Kelnhofer at the email listed above.
